I. General information

2. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of applicable law, in particular the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services, and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”).
3. We respect the right to privacy and ensure data security. To this end, secure communication encryption protocols (SSL) are used, and personal data is stored on secure servers.
4. Personal data provided in the contact form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.
II. Managing personal data
1. BAD AXE s.c. D. Biela P. Grzesiak A. Zarzycki is the administrator of customer data. This means that if a user uses contact forms on our website or sends emails to the employees’ address of BAD AXE s.c. D.Biela P.Grzesiak A.Zarzycki provided on the website, we process data such as name, surname, email address, telephone number, address, IP address, company name and VAT number, as well as other data provided by the User. The Administrator does not process special categories of data.
2. Personal data is processed:
- in accordance with the provisions regarding the protection of personal data,
- in accordance with the implemented Personal Data Security Policy,
- to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or terminate it, and properly perform Services provided electronically,
- to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject;
- data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the specific form, e.g., in business contact.
- data is collected only to an adequate, necessary, and indispensable extent in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
3. Each person whose data is processed has the right to access the data, rectify, delete, or limit processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

5. We reserve the right to process data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary for pursuing any claims in court or if national, EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.
6. Deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
7. The Administrator makes every effort to protect data against unauthorized access by third parties and in this regard, applies organizational and technical security measures at a high level.
8. In order to maintain, develop, and analyze relationships with Users, as well as to create statistics and market BAD AXE products and services, BAD AXE uses profiling consisting of using User’s personal data to assess some of their characteristics, especially for analysis or forecast of aspects related to personal preferences, interests, location, or movement.
9. Personal and operational data of users may be disclosed to external entities, i.e.:
– Data processors to whom BAD AXE has entrusted the processing of personal data based on a relevant agreement, e.g., suppliers of renovation and construction services and IT services, acting on behalf of BAD AXE if necessary to perform the contract, of which the data subject is a party;
– state authorities and law enforcement authorities, such as the police, prosecutor’s office, courts, or regulatory bodies – upon their request and only to the extent required by law or to protect the rights of BAD AXE or the safety of the user, BAD AXE employees;
– law firms and courts to enforce or execute an agreement with the User;
10. User data is not automatically transferred outside the European Economic Area or transferred to international organizations. If data is transferred to recipients in third countries, BAD AXE will use standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, which establish basic guarantees for the security of User data.
11. Our website may contain features of social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube buttons. These features may collect certain information about visitors to our website, such as IP address or browsing history, and may install cookies in the browsers of visitors. It should be noted that the processing of data collected in this way is subject to the rules adopted by the operators of social media networks, and therefore this Privacy Policy does not apply to them.
12. We strive to minimize the period of storing personal data that is no longer used. However, we inform you that this situation may occur due to operational and technological reasons.
13. Data will be processed for marketing purposes until the User withdraws consent for such processing.
14. In the scope of performing the contract or services, data will be processed for the period during which the contract or services are performed and provided by BAD AXE and, in justified cases, after their completion, but only if permitted or required by applicable law e.g. processing for statistical, settlement purposes, or for the purpose of pursuing claims. In such a case, data will be processed only for the period necessary to achieve the respective purposes.
III. “Cookies” files
1. The website uses “cookies.” These are small text files sent by the www server and stored by the browser’s computer software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device from which the user connects. Parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information contained therein. “Cookies” thus facilitate the use of previously visited websites.
2. The collected information concerns the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, internet service provider, information about time and date, location, and information sent to the website via the contact form.
3. The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our websites in order to improve the functioning of the service by providing more efficient and trouble-free navigation. We monitor user information using tools that record user behaviour on the site.

The collected impersonal, anonymous information concerns only the way and form of using the Service. Our websites also include links to maps as part of the Google Maps service. The operator of this service is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, which requires the user’s IP address to transmit content. Please note that we have no control over the use of the user’s IP address by Google. • Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords)
a) Description of the tool We use Google Ads services to draw attention to our offer by placing advertising materials on external websites. Based on the data mentioned above, we can assess our marketing potential based on the advertising measures used. Advertising materials are provided by Google through so-called “Ad Servers”. To achieve this, we use server-side cookies. If you visit our websites through Google ads, Google Ads will store cookies on the user’s device. These cookies typically expire after 30 days and do not serve to identify the user. We do not collect or process any personal data based on the above advertising measures. We only obtain statistical data from Google Ads. Based on these analyses, we can assess which of the advertising measures we used are particularly effective. We do not receive any other data regarding the use of advertising materials; in particular, we cannot identify the user based on this information. Furthermore, the user’s IP address is anonymized within the scope mentioned above, “masking” part of it to prevent it from being associated with a specific person.
b) Google Ads remarketing We use the remarketing function in Google Ads services, which is used to display our ads to users who have visited our website. The ads are displayed on various websites. Google Ads stores the number of users who visit specific Google services or websites in the Google Display Network. This number, known as cookies, is used to record visits by these users. • DoubleClick
We use the DoubleClick tool, which is part of Google Inc. (“Google”), to evaluate user activity on the Service and then display our ads on other websites belonging to our external advertising network providers. This tool allows coordinating ads displayed on different devices and conducting measurements of events leading to conversions.
• Facebook Pixel
We use the Facebook Pixel analytics tool to carry out marketing activities on Facebook and measure their effectiveness. Information obtained through the pixel is used, among other things, for broadcasting ads to the right audience, creating ad audiences, and analyzing what happens as a result of clicking on the ad, both through Facebook advertising tools and on the Service. In our Service, we currently use the following social media plugins: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The plugin provider can be recognized by the label in the box above its initial or logo. The button allows direct communication with the plugin provider. The plugin provider stores information collected about the user as a user profile and uses it for advertising, market research, and tailoring its website to meet demand. This analysis is primarily conducted to present ads tailored to the user’s needs, as well as to inform other social network users about activity on our websites. Please note that we have no control over the data collected by plugin providers and the processing procedures for the received data.
